Counseling

Counseling is emotional and psychosocial guidance in the broadest sense of the word.
Both personally and professionally, I offer support in overcoming challenges, unlocking
potential, finding clarity, and building resilience and insight.


Everyone faces difficulties. Sometimes you can manage on your own or with help from
others, but there are moments when professional guidance makes a real difference. In those
moments, I help you find calm, clarity, and direction. Whether it concerns work, relationships,
personal growth, or processing trauma — together we work toward recovery and
development.


My approach is down-to-earth, clear, and practical. I help you understand how the brain
works and why we sometimes react the way we do. That insight creates awareness and
opens the door to change. I value openness, respect, and authenticity — without
unnecessary complexity.


The number of sessions varies per person and situation; each session typically lasts two
hours. Throughout the process, you remain in charge: I guide, reflect, and support. You’ll
discover your own answers in a safe and respectful environment, where your views,
emotions, and boundaries are central. Everything we discuss remains strictly confidential.


Counseling can take place individually, as a couple, or within a team. Whatever the form, your
autonomy and sense of self-worth are essential to me. If you’ve lost touch with them for a
while, I’ll help you rediscover and strengthen them — step by step.
